A quick search in the Net revealed that Asian cycad scale infection in my cycas. I am really disappointed and removed all the visible white scales by hand. My local pet shop recommended to spray ACTARA broadspectrum pest killer from Syngenta. I have sprayed (soaked) the plant with this insecticide including root. Wow! All the scales are gone within few weeks and no infection again! Rightnow my four year old Cycas growing thick and fast with dark green leaves and lot of "SUCKERS" at the bottom.
